Manager of Business Development

Manager of Business Development –provide sales and marketing leadership.  Responsibilities includes but not limited to planning, marketing and selling of aircraft components and systems; must be resourceful in gathering and selecting sources of information to determine characteristics of market potential, market-share and sales analysis; must be able to plan marketing strategies and develop objectives; and must have the ability to research, negotiate and coordinate new business development opportunities.

Requirements –

  • Technical degree or Marketing degree with direct technical business development experience
  • Five years work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, and proficiency with database design and interpretation

Quality engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer - executes and manages ISO 9000 services quality program including leading and directing the staff in quality assurance activities in a way which satisfies the aviation industry standards, the FAA and customer specific requirements. Other responsibilities include participating in design meetings and reviews, development and maintaining FAA approved development processes and procedures, conducting process audits, and managing corrective actions to ensure compliance and consistency across design and manufacturing teams; coordinating incoming material inspection to final quality assurance inspection of manufactured products; development of quality reporting measures; conducting audits and interfacing with suppliers and customer quality representatives.

Requirements –

  • Degree in a technical discipline or five plus years of related experience, including three (3) years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, and proficiency with database design and interpretation
  • Six Sigma experience highly desirable
  • Other requirements include knowledge of cost and materials management and a background in commercial and military contracts

Engineering Change Control Specialist

Engineering Change Control Specialist – oversees product configuration management and source code change control and change reporting. The candidate will coordinate the development and completion of change packages of reviewing of documentation for change management compliance and obtaining applicable engineering inputs; updating change management databases and assigning new documentation numbers for release of engineering documentation and maintaining build system and automating build processes.

Requirements –

  • Degree in an engineering discipline or five plus years of related experience including at least one (1) year of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, and proficiency with database design and interpretation.

 

Business Operations Analyst

Business Operations Analyst - develops integrated cost/schedule plans, performs resource capacity analyses, develops performance measurement baselines and risk assessment plans, operating plans and coordinate variance analyses for cost/schedule performance. Other responsibilities include engineering, manufacturing and purchasing department support in the development of design, test, production and procurement schedules, as well as, develop master program schedules with emphasis on critical path networks. 

Requirements –

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical field
  • Aviation experience is a plus
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and MS Project, database design and interpretation

Aeronautical Engineer

Aeronautical Engineer­ - provides technical support and approved technical data for use in the maintenance and modification of transport category aircraft.  Duties include designing the data needed for modifications and repairs to aircraft; performing stress analysis to substantial design; discussion of designs and data with staff and other professionals; creation of paperwork for approved data (such as drawings, technical instructions, assessments and calculations) for future reference. Candidate holds responsibility for all approved data and overseeing modifications to aircraft and providing technical and regulatory advice to professionals within the aerospace industry. 

Requirements –

  • Degree in mechanical, aeronautical or aerospace engineering
  • Must have good problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Design skills
  • Organizational
  • Decision-making ability  
  • Adaptable, creative, practical and accurate, able to work well under pressure and make good decisions.
  • Must have knowledge of aircraft structures, aircraft engine systems, aerodynamics, approved design techniques, thermodynamics, metals and alloys 
  • Experience with FAA regulatory requirements a plus 
  • Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office

Avionics Engineer

Avionics Engineer isresponsible for the integration of aircraft’s electrical, instrument and radio systems for military and transport category aircraft.  Applicant’s duties will include ensuring modifications to aircraft electronic and electro-mechanical systems (including oxygen and cabin pressure) to work properly and meet all regulatory and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in electronic engineering, EET or avionic engineering and at least three (3) years related experience
  • Must have good problem-solving skills and decision-making ability with an eye for detail
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge base about aircraft equipment and electro-mechanical systems, approved repair techniques, safe work practices and aeronautical safety rules, regulations and methods
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office

Procurement and Pricing Analyst

Procurement and Pricing Analyst - evaluate supplier proposals; prepare cost and price evaluations; and document and coordinate these evaluations in price negotiations. Other responsibilities include providing specialized assistance on accounting; financial and operational matters related to supplier cost systems; cost proposal and financial payments.  Applicant will maintain the collection of supplier pricing information required to evaluate and develop Bill of Materials for various systems and to assist in the development of budgets for procurement and estimates at completion for internal and external financial reporting.

Requirements –

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a business-related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required
  • Strong computer skills including the use of database, word-processing and accounting software is mandatory  MRP/ERP experience a plus
