EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will filter and prioritize client visits or phone calls and communicate on behalf of the executive they support.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Jetaire is seeking an innovative and solutions driven Production Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing top producing teams and driving operational excellence. The Production Manager is responsible for making data-driven decisions in fast- paced and matrix-driven environments. Highly adept at identifying and establishing new process enhancements that optimize operational workflow to meet the needs of customers. The Manager must possess the ability to think analytically, communicate effectively, and deploy lean principles that drive efficiency and cost containment.
