JOB SUMMARY: This role is responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and market data and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide our promotional and sales activities. Analyze large amounts of date, accurately project sales trends, identify sales opportunities, and provide practical guidance to optimize sales strategies and increase market share.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate unique sales plans.

• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.

• Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.

• Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.

• Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.

• Create sales reports, evaluate, and collect data.

• Forecasting demand.

• Determining sales potential and making recommendations.

• Identify new leads.

• Create and maintain the customer database.

• Conduct research into competitive companies and surrounding markets.

• Present sales report to company management.

• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or marketing, required

• MBA preferred

• Experience in sales analysis

• Strong research and data analysis skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM software

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Projection and forecasting skills

• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

• The ability to work under pressure
